* International Image Consulting (IIC), associates and affiliates have the right to terminate any services due to client harassment, bullying, intimidation, hostility, condescending, disrespectful and unprofessional behavior with no refund.
* International Image Consulting (IIC) associates and affiliates may report inappropriate behavior to the proper authorities. This would include harassment, verbal, mental, emotional, electronically and physical abuse.
* International Image Consulting (IIC), associates and affiliates reserve the right to cancel a service or program due to natural disaster, unsafe weather or terrorism.
* All sales are final. No refunds.
CHARGEBACKS
* Any attempt to initiate a chargeback through your financial institution will be contested.

Image Academia International (IAI) and International Image Consulting (IIC) offers a variety of Image, Fashion and Color products.
* Color products are uniquely handcrafted and may have slight color and style variations.
* Color drapes, capes, and flags are custom made and are not refundable.
